GIRLS NIGHT!

OVERVIEW

This was a task for a job interview, to redesign Lucky Eggs card game 'Unfiltered Girls Night' in one evening!

I was not successful in getting the job but learnt so much from this process and wanted to share the final product.

CHALLENGE

The original packaging felt very generic, with stereotypical 'girly' colours and symbols. The market felt very saturated with the same style of girls game and I wanted to make something that still felt true to a 'girls night' but was going to stand out to consumers.

OBJECTIVE

The goal was to create a game packaging and card design that stands out on the shelf while remaining authentic to the spirit of a girls' night. I wanted the visual identity to feel inclusive and welcoming to all people who identify as women, avoiding overly stereotypical or traditionally "girly" design choices that might unintentionally exclude or alienate some audiences.
