CONCEPTUAL REBRAND AND VISUAL IDENTITY

I received CoffeeDirect.co.uk as a gift, and although the coffee was lovely, the branding - in my opinion - was not. It felt very dated and did not reflect the tone of voice that the company put out there.

So I designed a conceptual rebrand!

Logo, bags, stickers, packaging, mugs and complimenting animations for web and social use.

Looking at competitors there is a lot of the same out there at the moment. Same font style, same illustrations/characters. I toyed with the idea of going ‘trendy’ its an easy trap to fall into. But I wanted this visual identity to tell a story of this unique coffee brand.


Landing on direction signs and leaning into the travel component really allowed my imagination to run wild! Adding sky blue colours, cloud and directional illustrations and all with a hand drawn illustrated feeling to bring in the cosy/human element to this brand.
